Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing and production.
What is the shipping time?
Shipping of our orders depends on the fulfillment center from which the product originates.
- Average shipping time to the United States: 5-20 business days
- Average shipping time to international countries: 17-45 business days
Certain circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, our carriers may experience some circumstances and delays. For this reason, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.
Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once the product has been shipped. Each product may be shipped from various fulfillment centers around the world because our product research team spends time searching for high-quality products at an affordable price.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge! To cancel your order, you must cancel it within 24 hours of placing it. If the product has already been shipped, please email office.vicci@gmail.com or contact us through the Contact Us page. Simply send an email with the subject "CANCEL."
