1. Seller

2. Store Nature

The Vicci store sells women's lingerie online.
Purchases are made through the Shopify platform.

3. Terms of Use

  • Using the store constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Customer is obligated to use the store in a manner consistent with the law and good practice.
  • Providing illegal content is prohibited.

4. Placing Orders

  • Orders can be placed through the store's website 24/7.
  • To place an order, the Customer selects the product, size, and delivery and payment method.
  • The sales contract is concluded upon electronic confirmation of the order by the Store. 

5. Product Prices

  • All prices listed in the store are gross prices.
  • The price displayed next to the product is binding at the time of order placement.
  • The store reserves the right to change prices, but these changes do not affect orders already placed.

6. Payment Methods

Available payment methods include:

  • electronic payments (Stripe / Shopify Payments),
  • PayPal,
  • online transfers, including BLIK.

7. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

  • Orders are processed after payment is received.
  • Delivery is via courier companies: InPost, DPD, and DHL.
  • The delivery time and shipping costs are provided during the order process.

8. Right of Withdrawal

  • The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable law.
  • Due to the nature of the products, worn, used, or unused underwear is not returnable, unless otherwise provided by law.
  • Detailed information regarding returns can be found in the Returns Policy. 

9. Complaints

  • Complaints regarding product defects should be submitted via email.
  • The Store will review the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

10. Store Liability

The Store is not liable for:

  • improper use of the products by the Customer,
  • delivery delays resulting from the carrier's fault,
  • errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the Customer.


11. Intellectual Property

All content available in the Store, including photos, descriptions, and logos, is the property of the Seller and is subject to legal protection.


12. Final Provisions

  • In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish and EU law shall apply.
  • The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
  • The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on the Store's website.
